The headline is the economics: we structure so mentors earn well and families don't overpay. Lean operations, including thoughtful use of AI, keep our take smaller than typical shops. We publish the split because the economics are the story: when you can see it, the gap many agencies bury explains why they stay quiet. We have no reason to.
Our agency share is 25% or less of the family rate, while many competitors retain on the order of 40–70% before the tutor is paid (the band varies by company). We are working to cut our share to 12.5% by 2030. See the full breakdown on our mission.
